Daily Announcements - Wednesday, November 5, 2014 Congratulations to the Symphonic Band as they were selected the best in the state and were invited to perform at the Arizona Music Educator’s Association Conference in February. Of all of the awards and accomplishments the band has earned this is by far the highest recognition any band program can be awarded! CONGRATULATIONS Mr. Matsushino and SYMPHONIC BAND! All of your hard work is paying off! We are so proud of you! Today is C2G Wednesday. Staff and students are wearing their green in support of our student’s commitment to graduate to their future. The career of the week is a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer The median income in Arizona is $78,760 The job outlook for 2019 graduates is up 43% An associates Degree in Medical Sonography is required. The only community college in Arizona that offers this program is Gateway Community College in Phoenix The enrollment is about 16,000 The approximate cost to earn this degree is under $10,000.00 Cienega High School is C2G! Attention Tennis Club Members: We will be having a meeting at lunch on Thursday in room 503. Please bring your lunch. Attention FCA Members! We will NOT be meeting this week on Thursday at lunch. African American Cultural Club members there will be a meeting this Friday November 7th during lunch in room 233. Join the meeting with your own lunch or a PB & J sandwich will be provided. CHS Drama presents Fame November 7th and 8th at 7pm in the Blackbox Theater. Come support your fellow students! Are you having a difficult time with your English classes, or are you just overwhelmed with the workload? If so, there is FREE tutoring available after school Monday-Thursday. Mondays and Thursdays tutoring is held in room 326, and in room 503 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
