Today’s Meditation Dear God, As I move into my higher self, there are aspects of my old self that I must leave behind, including those limited ways of thinking. I now let go of all attachments to my lower nature—the need to indulge in fear, criticism or doubt. I release all of the anger of my lesser self and rise into the greatness of my divine identity.
