I hope to make it to the Winemakers Shop tomorrow to pick up supplies. This batch, I will do my first attempt without using a kit. My plan (opinions, please): Hopps1 oz Citra (60 min boil), .5 oz Falconers Flight and Amarillo (last 10-15 min boil); 8 lbs DME, 5 lbs LME (both light); either 3333 German Wheat Yeast or 3942 Belgian Wheat. I plan on boiling in citrus peels and honey again, hopefully end up a bit more noticable than last time.
