Daily Reflection For July 27, 2014 Regaining Trust My family dont seem to trust me at all. I thought that when I came clean and told them about all my chemical use, theyd trust me again, but they dont. It takes a while to regain trust. How long did we lie to our families about where we were and what we were doing ? It will take some time before they will trust us again. Weve hurt our families and other people a lot. They dont want anymore hurt. Even if were being honest now, they will be suspicious and hesitate to trust us. If were patient, that trust will return day by day. For now, I will just be honest. Im lucky people havent given up on me, and that I still have the opportunity to regain their trust. I will be patient.
