Daily Small Step 11/22/13 ...tell the truth... We sugarcoat our thinking and feeling sometimes. Wanting to make someone (or ourselves) feel or look better. It happens very quickly. Before we know it, weve told a little white lie. They can add up, though, and we end up carrying them around with us. Today, take a chance and tell the truth. Share those words, feelings or thoughts that want to see the light. Youll know when its time. Try this in a small way and notice what happens. Notice how your body feels when you tell it like it is. The world is calling for our truth.
