January 15 at 10:16pm · Ill never forget the time when the Euro-Brazilian Mayor of Normandia frontier Town in Brazil invited me to a ball in his honor (never met someone from the Caribbean Islands before he said) - and had extra seating brought for my retinue (one such as myself does not cross the Brazil border illegally alone) ...but left a pregnant Amerindian woman standing next to me without a seat (how can you seat men BEFORE you seat a PREGNANT woman?), I gave her mine and me and the lads left his damn ball....like these folks playing the roles of too many in dominant society....the mayor did not see her as a fellow human being like himself......if you are unable to feel the hurt these people feel for being discriminated against just because of who they are...you are STILL part of the problem in todays world....treat others the way you would like others to treat you...nothing more, nothing less.
