Dana update.....saw the orthopedic today in Chapel Hill (Go Heels!). The pop Dana heard 4 days ago was her collar bone breaking in two! New brace for her for two weeks. Actually feels better broken than not. Bonus....she has scoliosis. The worst case possible. Her spine is curved beyond 60%. She will have surgery July and get two steel rods in spine. He feels due to age, recovery will go well. Hospital 6-7 days followed by physical therapy. Kicker? She took it better than I did!! This child has shown me what survivors are made of. I told her to buckle up, God has HUGE plans for her. Her attitude amazes us!! We covet your continued prayers and support!! xoxoxo
