Danielle: "I’ll be honest, like most people out there when I hear about a cleanse I do not think pretty thoughts and was pretty hesitant to start. At the time, with my wedding only a little over a month away, I figured I had nothing to lose. I was put on the 14 day cleanse and am now on day 20 in the middle of the second cycle… Be ready to be as blown away as I was when I tell you that I have- as of today- lost a total of 20 pounds. That’s right, in less than 3 weeks, I have lost 20 pounds. My energy level is through the roof where I actually wake up to my alarm clock at 6am to go work out as opposed to hitting snooze until I actually have to get out of bed for work. It is widely known that for many a diet is a way of life, and with the help of Philosphie, I have found a path that I do not want to get off of. I cannot wait for my next dress fitting to see how many more dress sizes down I get to go- it has already had to be taken in twice- IN 3 WEEKS! My biggest excitement comes from my fiancé seeing me day of, walking down the aisle knowing that I am on my way to looking like the very best version of myself.
