Danielle Novosel Lingwall shared: Just got diagnosed with hashitoxicosis a month ago and i still have no idea what it in-tales . i cant find much info online about it. one symptom that made the discovery is i had a horrible horrible migraine for 2 months nothing i did worked saw all sorts of doctors and it was my OBGYN that saw my levels where high and she said i was hyper but i couldnt even function the pain was so bad. got in with a endo , neuro, internist, and a cardio it was the cardio who put me on methamaloze and within 2 days my migraine went away. for the 3 weeks i was on it my life felt normal. i had to go off of it for my uptake and within 3 days i was full blown migraine couldnt work couldnt take care of my daughter or my self for the 2 week waiting period and my endo told me it is NOT related at all and will not treat them. he was so pissed when he found out my obgyn had given me a rx for norco to help dull the pain but when i explained to him look its gotta be related he told me it was not and that was not his concern i felt like kicking him . i ironically 4 days after being back on the methamazole ( i opted NOT to do the radioactive treatment) my migraine went away and i have been migraine free now for almost a month i still struggle with the heart palps and Shortness of breath and just pure exhaustion but im more hurt that this endo doesnt see that YES it is related and each person is different i have no idea about my #s or anything about this disease and when i asked him he told me its a autoimmune disease and that was it? im so confused i see a new dr in Oct. and i can not wait? has anyone else suffered debilitating migraines with graves(which i was organically told i had) hashimotos and or hashitoxicosis? any info on this would help.. thanks..
