Daniyar, the article is based upon the analysis of dependent variables, which by Western standards are cosmetic rather than those representing the political psychology of Central Eurasia. Economic liberalization and democratization processes are ongoing ones and in both states are evolving in a gradual manner. Third aspect the authors emphasize upon that of the incorporating new elite with resource redistribution is in a fact also ongoing. Every new succeeding regime will have to create some new elite which together with the existing elite supports the new order. Comparison to forced political changes of 2005 and 2010 in Kyrgyzstan had different origins than the factors defined by the authors. It is just an academic article based upon dependent variable analysis. Independent variables, in fact, such as the hierarchies, existing elite categories and operating security apparatuses and system, besides the nature of broader Eurasia based political systems will be playing a major role in the establishment of succeeding new presidents. Public opinion will go along with new systems as unlike the Western societies, Eurasian societies are more respecting to state authorities.
