Dasain Celebration + MaHa Program (Saturday, Oct 4 from 7 pm) As we approach to our annual NAH Dasain Celebration 2014 on Saturday, Oct 4th, I want to share with you the following information pertaining to the event that the Executive Committee had discussed during the last meeting and has approved of: 1. Hall Opens at 7:00 pm and Dinner would be served from 7 to 9 pm. Early dinner ensures that there is little distraction/ interruption to the much awaited MaHa program. The venue management will not serve any dinner after 9 pm. So, please be on time to enjoy the dinner. 2. Pizza would be available for Children only. Kindly be considerate. 3. This is a completely sold out event (thus there will be no ticket sales at the gate of Taj Hall). Please bring your tickets with you. Tickets would be checked by the security staff at the entrance. No ticket means no Entry. 4. The main hall is being arranged for the MaHa show and dance. As such no food would be permitted in the main hall. Dinner would be served in the adjacent hall. 5. Arrangements for showing free children movie (mainly Disney animated) in the adjacent hall is underway. 6. The event has free seating arrangement. However, we request you to kindly occupy your seats by the commencement of the program. Please do not “save” seats for guests that are not physically present. Please be kind and cooperative. This is a family event. 7. We are a proud organization that has held events without any incidences since its inception. NAH reserves all rights to take every action against disruptive and inappropriate behavior during this annual celebration. Please enjoy the event responsibly.
