Date: 21.03.2014 THE MERI TIMES ‘La-Kermesse’- The Annual Fest Janak Puri/ New Delhi- Management Education & Research Institute is happily engrossed in reaping the harvest of its three- month long preparation. The whole college seems to have come to a stand-still when the inaugural ‘GANESHA VANDANA’ began. The lighting of the lamp was done by respected President MERI, Sh. I P Aggarwal, Vice President, Prof Lalit Aggarwal & CFO,Mr. S K Aggarwal. ‘The fair’ was graced by the presence of D.G, MERI Prof Y L Grover & Dean, MERI Prof A K Aggarwal alongwith the complete team of MBA & MCA faculties. Fifteen to Twenty odd colleges from IP University, Delhi University & J.N.U participated at an Inter College level for various events like singing, dancing, painting, Street-play and one act Play, photography, LAN-Gaming Quiz, Arm Wrestling, Instrumental music and so on and were fairly rewarded. Students from MERI and outside were all in a complete festive mood and enjoyed events like ‘Ramp walk’, Fashion Show’, and ‘Jodi Dhamaka’, besides a delicious food. ‘MERI’ is all thanks to its cultural coordinators, Ms Deepa Gangwani & Ms Monika Sharma, ‘good Job’, Keep it up.
