Additional Information:The West Cork and Cork Branches of Bird Watch Ireland are delighted to welcome Jim Wilson to the Cork International Airport Hotel on Friday 7th February 2014 to speak at their second Annual Talk in Aid of Wild Bird Conservation and Education Projects in County Cork. Jim has recently returned from ten weeks in Sub-Antarctica and Antarctica and will be sharing his photographs, experiences and knowledge of this vast continent and its amazing bird and wild life; perhaps about the South Georgia Pipit, the worlds most southerly passerine, the Macaroni Penguin with its fancy hairdo, the massive King Penguin colony at Salisbury Plain on South Georgia or the majestic Black-browed Albatross that crisscross the southern oceans.
