Mendozas legal services, assuming a senators discretionary fund may be over P2.7-M a month but this fund can not be used legally to pay for the senators Atty.s contract fee/legal services which could run into hundreds of millions unless the senator have a huge under the table income no tax. I admit, Atty. Mendoza is a good research lawyer that is why the late Philippine President Andy Marcos trusted him. Building a plunder case is presenting documentary evidences which is easier to a successful prosecutions not like in criminal case like murder. We believe, incorruptible, fearless Philippine Commission on Audit Chair Honorable Grace Pulido-Tan a CPA/Lawyer with excellent reputations could not commit error(s) in forwarding to the Ombudsman the P10-B pork barrel scam implicating the senator for investigation with DoJ handling the prosecution. Beside, no matter how good a lawyer is if he is handling a not winnable case talo pa rin....duh!!!
