Dave Murrays Latest STL forecast and weather disco…FRIDAY…December 19, 2014: ***A quiet run of weather Friday and over the weekend...clouds continue to be the big feature...slightly...slightly warmer...one more weather system before Christmas.*** FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy and cold...nothing extreme WINDS: East 5-10 M.P.H. HIGH: 38 degrees FRIDAY NIGHT: Clouds and cold..a few spotty snow flurries WINDS: East 5-15 M.P.H. LOW: 29 DEGREES. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: Partly to mostly cloudy...slightly warmer...still cold WINDS: Northeast 5-15 M.P.H. HIGH: 39 degrees on Saturday and 42 on Sunday Periods of rain Monday and Monday night...with a mix of rain and snow Tuesday THE WEATHER DISCO: Quiet weather thanks to a dome of Canadian high pressure...once again dealing with a dirty December high...filled with more clouds than sun...chilly to cold days and cold night...nothing weird or extreme... the warmest of the weekend will be Sunday. Friday night a system passes well to our south...not a concern for us...maybe a wondering snow flurries...tough to find. The next system...is a clipper system for Monday and Tuesday...mainly a rain event...but the backside of clippers are watchers...thinking it could end with a little snow...then a cold front passes on Christmas eve with a few snow flurries.... more action after Christmas.
