David Hynes the national 100m champion makes a return to his happy hunting ground of Santry tonight for the last of the series of Dublin graded meets. Hynes will run in the 200 and with weather conditions looking good for this evening Hynes will be going all out to improve on his pb of 21.11 from earlier in the season. Hynes will then travel to Belgium for 2 races over the weekend and sign off on his very successful season at the league final on August 18th. Hynes will be joined by his team mates this evening Tony Stafford (LJ), Conor Wilson (200), Conor Gaffney (800), Mikey Cullen (200, LJ), Lee Savage, and Brionn Coffey (200). Tomorrow evening Barry Upton will tackle the 400h in the Cork graded meets with team mate Damian Walsh accompanying him over the distance and Michelle Shanahan running the 100m. Barry will join Hynes in the weekends competitions in Belgium along with Tony Stafford and Conor Wilson. Best of luck to everyone competing!
