SECTION 00010 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF GEORGETOWN (OWNER) will receive proposals through Codell Construction Company (CM) to furnish all labor and materials to complete the GEORGETOWN POLICE DEPT. BUILDING PROJECT located at 550 BOURBON STREET, GEORGETOWN, KY 40324. Work is to be performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and addenda prepared by BRANDSTETTER CARROLL, INC. (ARCHITECT), E2M CONSULTING ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEER), and POAGE ENGINEERS & ASSOCIATES (STRUCTURAL ENGINEER). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Owner can be served.
