Day -3 (Third day of chemo). My dad went home today and my mom arrived (she is helping with posts). They are giving me sleeping medicine so that is helping me sleep. I was a little nauseous this morning, but they gave meds that helped. I took a really good nap after my shower this morning. My body feels worn out, but no pain. I am trying to eat a little lunch. I ordered chicken noodle soup and chicken quesadillas. Dr. Burt came in this morning and told me my numbers are starting to drop so becareful around family visiting room, etc. Other than that my eyes have been a little dry (gave me drops) and losing my appetite, but trying to eat small amounts. My mom brought me neon flexible straws so I am drinking a bit. I am celebrating All Saints Day with labeling Stan as St. Cecilia, Patron Saint of Musicians (my confirmation saint).
