Day 1: Look Up! This experience and group is not about being on your computer and phone and taking you away from the joy of the season which is giving and relationships. Watch this video as a reminder of my expectation. Just set aside a particular time that you will read and post in this group, so it doesn’t become a distraction. For your assignment: (1) Please post in the comments your top three goals that you are committing to this next week. Again, this is your goal for you. I am not going to tell you what to do. We all know ourselves and where we are at right now and what would be a good goal. Those again are eating 4-6 meals a day (tell us how many), exercising at least 25 minutes (tell us what type you will do), and setting a holiday treat limit (one a day, one an hour, or none, whatever you can do!)
