Day 1 done! Wont post a video every day (you all are probably glad for that), but I will track my progress every day with its ups and downs. Lets do this! Heres my workout today: 1) Reverse-Grip Decline Smith Machine Press - 10 sets of 3 reps, 30 sec rest btwn sets @ 205/225lbs 2) Alternating Dumbbell Bench Press - 6 sets of 5 reps, 30 sec rest btwn sets @ 55/60 lbs 3) Leverage Chest Press (Machine) - 5 sets of 6 reps, 30 sec rest btwn sets @ 60/70 lbs 4) Machine Fly - 3 sets of 10 reps, 30 sec rest btwn sets @ 110 lbs. 5) Svend Press - 2 sets of 15 reps, 30 sec rest btwn sets @ 2 10-lb. plates 6) Single-Arm Top Cable Fly - 1 set of 30 ascending reps each arm - ascending reps - 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 @ 60, 60, 50, 50, 40 I look really tired in this video...I dont feel quite as tired as I look.
