Day 1 of the Cluster - what can I say - holy moly!!!! Kaedence ran FAST and CONFIDENT - her tricky JWW class she was CRAZY - 3 wrong courses and 3 refusals but SHE NAILED HER WEAVE POLES AND ZIPPED RIGHT THRU THEM!!! I was thrilled - went to the jump after the weave poles - beautiful send - then oops was admiring my handiwork too much and got caught behind her and things fell apart - but... who cares - she did great was happy and FAST!!! In standard - she went from the teeter to the table (lets see all of 6 feet maybe) - slid off the side but managed to keep one foot on it before hauling herself back up there so the judge is laughing and counting down for her - again NAILS HER WEAVE POLES - does the jump - does her NADAC Come In, Walk It for the DW - then I pushed her out but I think I checked her in for a tight turn to the triple (the teeter was next to it and some dogs were going out to the teeter) and she dropped a hind leg and knocked the bar - heard the judge say OH NUTS!!! and finished in grand style.... beautiful run!!! Her Ex FAST class she was stressing before we went in the ring to a tricky jump, tunnel, jump combo - came down the a-frame - sent her over the jump (will have to check course map to see how far the jump was) probably 10 to 15 feet away - nailed it and got her Second Ex FAST Q in two tries!!! I was thrilled - thanks to Jenn Vance (still blaming you for the crazy girl tho :) ) for insisting on that bloodwork last year when she couldnt focus on three obstacles in a row and Lara Dudzic Avery for all the focus work in obedience to get her to where she is now. One Q for 3 tries but had a happy and FAST girlie!!!
