Day 11:PUSHING THROUGH PAIN Ever found yourself targeting to finish say 3sets of 20reps,but you tire before you do?wanting to crunch to 40,but just cant seem to push past20...? How do you push through the pain? It has to be done,for results to be seen set reps and sets need to be completed... itS difficult to motivate yourself esp when you train alone... you need to find your inner strength, PUSH THROUGH THE PAIN... I dont stop when im tired,I stop when im done.. We possess the ability to block out negative emotions that could affect our ability to perform; we possess the ability to commit. There is a difference between being interested and being committed. Commitment means giving 110%. Commitment to greatness is not easy; it requires your mind to push you further than your body feels like it can go. If training requires you to get up at 4am to swim laps for an hour then that is what needs to happen. Do not negotiate with the temptation to sleep in for another hour in the comfort of a warm bed. -ASHLEY HORNER
