Day 12/60 Focus T 25 B Shakeology L turkey with cheese and lettuce rolled on 2 whole wheat tortillas and a pair water ( ate very late no break at work today) S apple slices grapes and chips with hummus (tortilla chips) cup of coffee D P90X bar W none home to late will make up tomorrow in La then when I get home do my scheduled workout from today. Did not get home until 10 pm after working all day.
