Day 12 #shesgotlegs Marchiasana C I think all the marchiasana postures are difficult for me. Im not sure why but I have extreme tightness in the front of my hips. Im happy to be able to bind this one but if you are like me and binding is difficult just use a strap. I had to do that for a year! Its all good and you are exactly where you should be today.
