Day 16!!!! Whew!! Hit LIKE if youre still with me! In honor of our more than halfway point, were hitting some COMBO moves this morning! A very efficient way to hit multiple parts of the body & burn more calories! & we LIKE that ish! 3 sets total! 15 x Squat w/ Dumbbell Raise 15 x Kick back w/ Alt Shoulder Press 20 x Jab Punches 20 x Lunge w/ Bicep Curl Also, I wanted to give a shoutout to all of you who have been tagging me in your workout pics & videos!! .
