Day 17: I am thankful for travel opportunities. In the past 2 hours I have booked 2 trips, planned 2 more and am looking into a few more for the future. I love to take advantage of our ability to go and see and do while we are here. It is easy to fall into the It will be here tomorrow trap and settle into our daily routines. This it the time to take advantage of the sights and sounds of Europe. I want to see all there is to see and enjoy all I can. I want to infect my children with the travel bug and instill in them a sense of adventure. I hope that they will understand that the world is a bigger place than just their own back yards. I hope that the experiences we can offer them now will allow them to spread their wings and grow into tolerant, well rounded people who appreciate diversity and long to see ever corner of the world. I also want these experiences to allow all of us to be happy with what we have already and to appreciate the things they have, the opportunities they have been given and the people we have seen along the way. And, while we go on our adventures, it is nice to know we have friends willing to come along on the ride with us and share in the fun.
