Day (18) Day 31 – Thankfulness: Give Thanks Even When it Hurts Lord Jesus, we confess that we often do a poor job of giving You thanks in all of the situations we find ourselves in. We know it is easier to thank You for the blessings of life and find it difficult to really be thankful for the sorrows and sufferings. Yet we know that You love us with a deep love, as a Father, who cares about His children. Strengthen us in our resolve to thank You in every situation we find ourselves in, trusting You in all things. We are grateful for Your constant provision, whether that is in circumstances that cause us joy or cause us sorrow. Thank You for loving each one of us so much. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
