Day 19/20 of the 24 days of fitness!! 1 minute each of the below exercises: - push-ups (video was post on 1 DEC) - crunches (video was posted on 2 DECEMBER) - squats (video was posted 3 DEC) - plank balance (video was posted on 4 DEC) - tricep dips (video was posted 5 DEC) - Leg Drops (video not posted, lay flat on back heels to the ceiling, drop one leg to just above the floor and bring it back up then switch legs) - rear lunges (video was posted on 7 DEC - lo to hi plank (video was posted on 9 DEC) - tricep push-ups with three pulses (video was posted on 9DEC) - Russian twists (video was posted 10 DEC) - Power squats/squats (video was posted 11 DEC) - plank rock...side to side/forward and back (video was posted 12 DEC) - Spider-Man push-ups (video was posted on 13 DEC) - plank - opposite knee to opposite elbow (video was posted on 14 DEC) - Squat Hops (video was posted on 20 DEC) - Reverse Plank Hold (video was posted on 20 DEC) - Pike Tricep Push-ups (video was posted on 20 DEC) - Double Leg Stretch (video was posted on 20 DEC) - Single Leg Squat (video posted below) - Plank Walk (video posted separately) 20 minutes of work today!!
