Day 2 - Chest: Flat DB bench - 3x10, 45 lbs Flat DB flys - 3x10, 35 lbs Incline DB bench - 3x10, 40 lbs Cable crossovers - 3x10, 20 lbs Close DB bench - 3x10, 35 lbs Machine flys - 3x10, 70 lbs Reverse pec deck - 3x10, 60 lbs Straight-leg crunches - 3x30 **15 sumo squats bwn each set **15 leg tucks bwn each lift Example: bench, squat, bench, squat, bench, squat, tucks. Cardio: 30 mins of choice. I did 10 on stair master to warm up and 20 on bike to cool down. -HaLeRo
