Day 2, I decided to leave my planning behind and join Erik from Belgium along the GR10. I hiked approximately 25km today from Bidarray to Aïnhoa (both in France and using the Basque names). Best decision ever even if a little underprepared for food. One of the most spectacular hiking days I have ever experienced with the scenery. Pure magic and awesome energy from nature. Felt like 35km, as much climbing and descending but great views involve a bit of effort. My body and legs are already starting to feel fatigued whilst my spirits are soaring high.
