Day #2. My friend and ceramic artist/potter Hitomi Shibata invited me to post three images of my work for five consecutive days, and nominate another artist to do the same. The images today are all hand-built earthenware fired to cone 04. Mamas and the Papas small wall platter, Women of the 60s bourbon set with tray, and 60s Revolutionaries Wall Triptych. Delivering some of these this weekend to the Greenhill Center for the Arts in downtown Greensboro to coincide with an exhibition of Self-Portrait paintings that will open the end of this month. I would like to ask Jennie Lorette Keatts, who incorporates clay with her beautiful metal jewelry if she would post some her work for the next five days?
