Day 2 has begun. Individual competitor Sara placed 9th in the 4th workout ( 6 deadlifts, 7 bar over burpees and 8 wallballs, 5 rounds) with a time of 7:35 and Nicole placing 10th with a time of 7:43. Team CFK wolfpack finished their first workout with a 9th place in the handstand push-ups ( 43 of them in 2 minutes) and 11th in the workout.
