Day 2 of Focus T25 is in the books. Today was a little easier than yesterday. There are a few spots in this routine to bring your heart rate down through some stretch moves which my muscle were thank for let me tell ya. I had to take a breather with 5 minutes to go to get a drink of water but picked it back up after a 30 second break. Made it all the way through without having to modify any exercises and now I feel like a million bucks. There are some jabs, hooks, and upper cuts being thrown around so this is a great routine to bring in some weighted gloves if you have them. Will give that a try next week and see how it goes.
