Day 2 of my Thankful challenge accepted from Velva Cooper 1~ Im thankful for the three blessings found in my children. God could have given them all beauty, talent, and gifts above the their peer group (humbly of course)and he did...but the gift to me from God was their individual spirits to not follow the crowd but leads from within them. Ive come to appreciate and reverence this quality as a parent full of wants for their child. To accept letting go and watch from a distance their growth, no one can teach. I now know who God feels about his development of us from the insight. A joy almost unexplainable that they will be able to handle adversity within the world. 2~ Im thankful oddly for all of my trials & tabulations recently dealt with. Since we overcome the enemy by the words of our testimony and thee blood of the lamb. If I tell you all of it...it would cloud the purpose of understanding the thankful challenge. However, what Ive learned for me is that title, possessions, fame and people identity amount to very little if youre the only one you trust with it and you fight so hard to keep it bottled up so that you dont have to prove it was you in the gift and not the results seen from the gift. My trials have awakened me to this simple but true encounter. Im just thankful I see it now with fronting. The bitter sweet aspects of finding out a truth that everybody faces is that deliverance from its bondage its left up to you to walk in or you continue fool yourself while others think you are free. Im thankful that all of my faults where never meant to keep me bound by man or self. As I begrudged every obstacle in front of my desires of life. Im appreciative now that God made a way of escape from all for my good. 3~ Im now thankful for the simplicity of obedience to the right thing to do and the grace and courage to do so. Im not making light of the simplicity to be obedient...b/c everyone knows the choice is not ray within any man. Im just bringing light to the ya or nay ability given to us all to exercise. When Im able within grace and have the courage to do so.Im a blessing to others including myself...when Im not, I know the enemy uses that to add stealing, killing, and destroying to those in my path way of life. Today I send these three people the Thankful Challenge because of the call on their life to deliver their gifts to the masses in their unique way. Shernita Wiggins, Qwanis Fowles, Michelle L Artist I know yall maybe very busy b/c you normally are but you all have helped me stay grounded and for that Im also thankful and send this your way.
