Day 2 of rain for the week and we were again confined to indoors. We kept ourselves busy by making a car with the magnetic shapes, posting some mail and pressing the buttons and turning the pages on the caterpillars. We also went for a drive on the scooter doubling up with passengers to get to our destination quicker. We did some building with the blocks making a bridge over the container, were visited by our CDO who read How Do Dinosaurs Say Goodnight and made a couple of train tracks for the thomas trains to drive on. We also had the tent out sitting inside playing with some teddy bears. In the afternoon I got soaked during school pick up whereas the kids were nice and dry. We drove some cars on the mat, played hungry hungry hippos and guess who. We also practised our reading using reading eggs on the computer.
