Day 2 of the Challenge: detail photos of three of my new horse sculptures. I go to the salvage yard to find used copper wire, in all gauges and condition of aging. If the desired effect is for a green patina on the wire, I look for really old beat up rolls in the wire bins. Sometimes I have to force the green patina, by mixing up my own recipe and spraying it on. This aging process takes about a day.
