Day 227 August 31 Song: Your Cries Have Awoken The Master Artist: The Bowling Family Music Link: youtu.be/-mu-WaL-QkI I like the theme of this song which is Jesus faithfulness, but Jesus is more than the Master of the Sea. Jesus is the Master of everything. I tell you that your prayers and cries honor God but that he always knows what is going on in your life. God is never absent and never asleep in Heaven because he reigns. So place your cares in the Master hands and hold on to your faith and watch to see what will happen. But there is another underlying story to Mark 4. These men were the very disciples of Jesus. They walked, talked, listened to and had fellowship with Jesus daily. You see Jesus was truly their Master. Do you have that same daily commitment to Jesus? If the answer is “No”, then I have to wonder if you truly know Jesus and is he your Shepard so that you will hear his voice! I pray you are not a stranger bringing your request to the King that does not know you. Verse of the Day: Titus 1:16 NIV They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good.
