Day 23- going home! BUT have to keep the leg up for another week!!!! We were hoping that he could let his foot down today. The doctor extended it for another week due to some drainage when they unwrapped his skin graft today. Our house is not the best for someone in a wheelchair, but we are determined to make it work. I think going home is going to be the hardest part for both of us in some ways. So keep praying for us!! I am a teacher, not a nurse! Lol
