Sometimes I wonder what goes through some photogs minds when they photograph a bigger cosplayer. Most of the time if you arent fit or pretty you get looked over when it comes to photos. Even if you are in a group you are excluded from your group photo. It has happened to me and it DOESNT feel good. Then you have the photogs that will take your picture if your bigger only to put it on the internet for it to get inevitably blasted. So, as a cosplayer at a convention you know the disclaimers. But for photogs how do they pick what cosplayers you shoot and what goes through their heads when a really good cosplay is being worn by a "fat chick"? Same for videographers. I feel like talent is being replaced by looks and size in the cosplay world. It didnt used be that way.
