Day 25: Today I am thankful for a paycheck. Its not enough, but I have one, so its all good. I didnt make any of my 2nd graders cry today, so that is also good. Ive seen all of the turkey crafts for one year, thank you very much, please no more!! Im thankful for the food I could share, the many hugs and smiles I received today, the kindness of experienced teachers who are patient with the subs, the sunshine that took away the sting of the bitter cold today, and my sweaters and socks, because its brrrr cold!!!! Good football practice and safe travels for the boys today also. Its been a good day. Now, Id be thankful for some actual lovely sleep please.
