Day 26 - favorite foreign language film. There are just too many. Since Life Is Beautiful has been posted already I must find another. It took a week to decide on that one. Some of the best Ive already used in other categories. I am most partial to Asian films, especially Chinese and South Korean but Japanese films such as the 3 live action Death Note movies can also capture my attention. Of course World War II/ Holocaust related films will be on the list with 2 Czech movies of note - The Shop on Main Street (1965) and Divided We Fall (2000). The recent The Hunt (2012) and Ben X (2007) are up there, too. Im so confused. OK Ive thrown 3 Chinese films in a hat - Eat Drink Man Woman (1994), The King of Masks (1999) and the one I ultimately pick:
