Day 3 - Holiday Slim Down Poor Chance, he was wanting some attention when I was trying to make this video. I got close to hitting him with my foot doing it, but I purposely missed him 🐶 Today was our third day of our holiday slim down group and our 30 minute workout focused on our lower body. Yep, the booty, legs, hips, calfs. We hit it all! This video is of our Bonus exercise we did. Its like the old fire hydrant exercise. Except when you bring your leg up, try to reach your knee as close to your shoulder as possible. This will give you a nice crunch in your love handles ❤️ When extending your leg out, keep your foot flexed and create some resistance. Also keep your leg / knee up so its parallel to the floor (dont let your knee face down). Do this exercise for 60 second on each side. Take a 15 second break and repeat. The second time around you will feel it more in the booty of the leg on the ground. I can already feel the soreness in my booty from this lower body exercise just 7 hours ago! #booty #exercise #exercisevideo
