Day 3 Taking the shovel and putting the last pile of dirt on the coffin on what once was. The closer follows. There are situations in life that bring profound meaning within themselves, and then there are others that take more effort to understand. The mind wants logic, the heart wants closure. Sometimes a chapter is a part of the story with only brief insight, only to lead to the turning of the page. This song represents a scene in which you see me staring into a coffee shop, reflecting as I gaze in the window. I see my refection in the window. I feel the beginning, and more deeply, I feel the harsh truth in the end. Like a death, many times there are no answers. With a sigh, my body feels cold. I cross my arms as if to embrace myself. I walk away...
