Day 3: arohamai Whanau for the delay missed yesterdays update. 28.5 kilometres took its toll on us all but completed none the less. By far close to day 1 which was the hardest to trek simply based on the length and monotony of walking with although stunning scenery the sameness. To add to our long day we moved accommodation so did not settle down till very late of the evening. Physically and mentally challenging but also inspiring. Feeling extremely proud and blessed to have three of our four children participate and some of our mokopuna.
