Day 3 of Gratitude: Cancer 1.) I am thankful that I survived breast cancer. Hallelujah! I made it to maintenance mode and dont really even think about it all that often anymore. I am thankful every day that we caught it early. I had awesome doctors, and the nurses at the infusion center are my favorites. 2.) I am so grateful for the people who provided for us in a million little ways, through meals, gift cards, money, taking care of our kids, and helping me with the two productions I just HAD to do during chemo. ;) 3.) Cancer has a way of making your re-evaluate your life and priorities, and it also helps you grow closer to God like only a life-threatening illness can. I am thankful for the spiritual growth that it has brought to me and the platform it has given me to share my faith. BONUS) Im thankful that I have hair again. ;)
