Day 3 of National Customer Services Week! The theme for today is ‘Dealing with problems/Complaints’ From April 2013 to March 2014 Tees Valley Housing received 137 complaints and completed them in an average of 26 days We understand that we don’t always get everything right all the time and welcome feedback from our customers. We use the feedback we receive as a learning tool to help shape our services. We made over 30 service improvements to our services as a direct result of the feedback we receive and will continue to take on board any feedback we receive. We have made it easy for customers to make complaints and can be submitted in any way that is convenient to our customers. This can include calling us on 08000 461 600 (option 2 for Tees Valley), through our website teesvalley.org or face to face at any of our customer outlet points.
