Day #4...Body I guess is use to being up early now! Trained to get up in the 6 hour !! So thats good! with the eating plan that is set out for me by Samantha..is going great.. we have noticed we are saving 100 bux a week! which is awesome! and planned meals! so we know whats coming up! so all thats good.. the only thing I find is I am hungry before I work out..and after 8 I get a little snacky.. otherwise here is todays plan.. Vi-shake w/ 8-10oz. Water or unsweetened almond milk, Vi-trim, recipe of your choice 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup diced cucumber and tomato Vi-shake w/ 8-10oz. Water or unsweetened almond milk, Vi-trim, recipe of your choice 1 nutra cookie 6 oz. lean red meat (top sirloin or inside round), 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup vegetables PS..had couscous last night! with veggies..kind of liked it! with a little bit of italian dressing! PSS..water intake is within 3L daILY
