Day 4 Pray for church vision being fulfilled I Corinthians 1:10 Pastor Robinson, First Lady Robinson, BCOG Inc., full-time ministry and individual growth. Daily Scripture: “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27 Thought for the Day: “No Worries” Jesus encourages us to not worry about anything. We find ourselves in situations that we sometimes spend hours, days, weeks, months, and sometimes years trying to worry it away. Do we ever realize that worrying does not change the situation? Know that I sometimes waste time trying to figure out the next step only to look around and it has already been solved. All the worry does is take our focus off of God and prevent us from releasing it to Him-who is ultimately the only One capable of leading us to the answer. We must realize that there are some situations that we just need to release to God. There are some situations that we need to ask for His wisdom to direct us out of, but either way we need Him in the equation. When we look at our situations we only have tunnel vision because we figure that it is all about us. Most times it is not about us, it is about what God is trying to bring us to in Him. He wants us to trust Him through the good, the bad, and the ugly. He is no respecter of person and what He has done for one of His children; He is ready to do for others. Let’s focus more on God than on our situations. He desires for us to rest in Him so that we can hear His voice given the direction that we need to move forward. Prayer: Lord, teach us to rest in your peace that You have already provided for us. We want to trust you more and more each day; in every situation that we encounter we want to give it over to You immediately. We believe Your Word! Bible Church of God | Atlanta
