Day 4: lower body plank movements Keep at it everyone day 4 better late then never. This should take you less than 20 min if you picked the correct rep range for your ability. 1)Reps between 1 and 25 in each foot position displayed in video. 2)sets between 1 and 4 sets of the before listed reps that you selected depending on your physical level 3) changing the hand levels in this particular video may make it easier or harder depending upon your physical level 4) make sure you feel comfortable with the numbers you select. (Example: my day will be reps: 20 @ 5 foot positions 4 sets). 5)If you are just beginning exercise contact me and I will coach you. If you have question s on form feel free to reach out. 6)If something hurts don t do it 7) also if you dont have a lot of time feel free to break the circuit up for instance 2sets in the morning 2 sets evening) 8)this is a challenge I m doing if you chose to join please record your results and if its support we are doing it together so I m glad to motivate. 9) the goal I would love to see out of others would be just moving around more perfecting foundational movements.
