Day 4 of Jeans walk was a loop through all our Ambleside woodlands Jean said: Had a good day in the Ambleside area doing Greenbank and Sweden Woods up to High Sweden Bridge then a circuit via Rydal Park and Loughrigg heading for Half Way House on the Clappersgate/Skelwith road . Continued to Skelwith Bridge then on the back road back to Ambleside to get the bus back to Kendal. Walked with Gill and volunteer Heather Park today and the rain did not start until we arrived back home . Next stage is over to Eskdale to Hows Wood then walk out to Ravenglass.
